Due to our treats containing no preservatives or artificial additives, we recommend that treats are used within 2 weeks of purchase. It recommended that treats are stored in an airtight container in the fridge to ensure optimal freshness with every bite.
Being a small local business, we love to use local products where we are able to, this includes our packaging.
All treats are made with high grade organic ingredients that are safe for animal consumption, particularly for dogs. Although majority of our products are made using gluten flour, gluten free options are available on request. In addition, we are aware that our four-legged friends have allergies and intolerances and so an ingredient list can be found on the website for each product to ensure that your pooch gets nothing but the best quality guaranteed.
Treats make for the best rewards for our furry friends, be sure to use our smaller kibble sized treats for training purposes.
All perishable treats are made on purchase. We always aim to have your order packed and ready to ship within 2 business days of you ordering.
At this time, we use standard shipping through Aramex with an estimated delivery period of 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping costs are R100 nationwide, additional charges will apply for areas operating outside of the designated service areas. At this time, we unfortunately do not offer international shipping.
Standard shipping costs are automatically calculated on checkout, if your address falls outside of the standard shipping zone, we will contact you via email to confirm to outstanding shipping costs before processing your order.
To avoid any delays in receiving your order, please verify your address is correct at checkout before submitting your order.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all details captured on the website are correct. In the event that your order has not been processed and shipped, we will try our best to recapture the details so that your parcel reaches the correct address. You can reach out to us at dukespettreats@gmail.com should this occur.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier service and amending the address as required, at your own cost.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the products you received or if you have received the incorrect order, please pop us an email at info@dukespettreats.com or send us a WhatsApp on +27 78 835 0843 with your order number and photos of the items received.
You will be refunded to the account from which the purchase was made from, or we will provide an exchange on the products you have purchased at no additional shipping costs.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on products which are on sale or on clearance.
You can checkout with Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay, GooglePay, Paypal or AfterPay.
Our business is small scale and home based; we hope to expand in due time to a bigger market. For now, you can shop our treats online or find us at local events. Details on where you can find us at local events can be found on our social media pages.
At this time, our product range for sale is purely restricted to what is displayed on our website.
